Studio Ateme pieces are all unique and handmade with intent and respect. The handmade pieces and fabric in general are delicate and should be treated as such when handling.

All the objects bear unique marks of authenticity and these should be perceived as such. All imperfections are part of the soul of the piece and not a subject to claims. Colours may vary slightly from photos and on each screen. Please contact me if you have questions or need more info on your piece before or after buying.

All rights on the objects and images on this website are reserved. No content may be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed with Studio Ateme / Camilla Mørch.

SHIPPING

I only ship within Denmark at the moment. Please reach out if you’re interested in having something sent to the EU or internationally.

Shipping time is estimated. Please note that I’ll need up to 7 days to prepare your piece and send it to you. Let me know if you need a piece faster and I’ll see what I can do - camilla@studioateme.dk.

Payment is possible with credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal. Once you place your order and it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your invoice. Money will be deducted from your account once the item is shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 business days of purchase. Please contact me on info@studioateme.dk within the 14 days if you need to return an item. Items are also subject to a 24 month warranty. But please note that all my items are handmade, and only clear flaws and not damage caused by mistreatment will be refunded.

Refund will be placed on the account that was used to purchase the item. Refunds will be released once I have received and checked the piece.

Exchanges are treated as returns, meaning you’ll have to return the item and place a new order. The refund will be placed on the account that was used to purchase the item. Please note that it will take a few days until the amount is returned to your account.

Return shipping costs are at buyers own expense and buyer is responsible for the safe return of the object.

CLAIMS

If you find an item damaged, please contact me on info@studioateme.dk within 24 hours of receipt, with order number, description and photos of the issue.

You have a 24 month warranty on your purchase, but please note that defects caused by improper use or incautious handling of the objects will not be considered claims.

PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

When you purchase an item or browse on this website, we collect personal information regarding shipping and billing to be able to fulfill your order and to answer any questions you might submit in the contact form. We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so that they can provide shipping services to us, and the shipping provider to be able to send the piece to you. You can see the shipping provider name at checkout.

We also provide your contact info to ProtonMail, our e-mail provider in order to be able to respond to your requests.

When you make a purchase on our site, we store your basic information in accordance with the Danish GDPR laws.

If you wish, we can edit or delete all info we have on you from transactions, please send an e-mail to info@studioateme.dk.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. For information about viewing the cookies dropped on your device, visit The cookies Squarespace uses.

Only if you agree, the website collects personal information to improve overall functionality, statistics on traffic and marketing, such as type of device, browser, network, which pages you visited prior to this, your IP address and details about your use of this website such as clicks and searches.
